Should a refund be requested,I will grant a refund for items that are returned in the same condition as it is when you received it, with the mink seal around bundles still in tact. For example, if you order from us , and when you receive it, you no longer need it. You will be asked to send pictures of the hair to 6788628550 to be approved for a refund. I will gladly accept a return that can be restocked and resold. You have 15 days to return it for a full refund excluding shipping fees.for curly hair, deep wave, or body wave, I will not grant a refund if the curls are manipulated,combed,fingered,& or pulled apart. I will NOT refund OR exchange any hair that has been worn, cut, dyed, or made into a wig.

 Expedited shipping isn’t available.
